If you're here, you know me by now. I am not the drummer from Limp Bizkit, but I did get a platinum record for working with them - long story . . . maybe I'll tell it here someday.
I've been in a bunch of Bands over the years in the Southeast. Worked at record labels, owned labels, recording studios, managed artists, blah, blah, blah, and more blah. Now I am making music just because I want to, at my own pace. It takes a very long time when you write, program and play all the instruments and do all the recording, mixing and mastering yourself. I'll be updating this website now mostly because I have to in order for the streaming services to find me relevant. I know you guys do, but hey my hand is really being forced to waste time on this instead of creating. I have a few singles out that are just me - noboby else. I am planning on working on some stuff with former bandmates this summer in Atlanta. You may know some of them: Dave Railey from Green Arrow and many other Atlanta bands, Charley Krawczyk formerly in The Exchange with me - now in BandKamp in SC, and Hal Schwarze enjoying a solo career in Melboring FL. I've known these guys forever and it'll be great to create with them again once I'm back in Atlanta.
I'll probably have my next release under the working title of "Mountain View" ready in about three weeks. More swampy Roots Rock for you. It'll be all grainular sounds cooked up in the home studio. As of today it's still all in my head and on my guitar, but the lyrics arrived from what Rick Rubin refers to as "The Source" a few days ago and other than the usual edits that come with performing it, it's in the bag . . the gris-gris bag if you will. We'll keep you posted if you're on the email list - cya!
